I have visited Prague several times and this theater is one of those places that really makes you want to come back. I have been to HILT black theater Prague for the second time in the last year and once again it was a magical and very special experience. The theater is small and intimate, which creates a very close connection between the audience and the performers. The show combines black theater, music and movement in a very poetic and visual way. By not using words, it is perfect for tourists from any country: there are no language barriers, only emotions. It is an ideal alternative to the more typical tourist attractions. I left the theater with a smile on my face and the feeling of having discovered something authentic and different. I would definitely come back again on my next visit to Prague.

Magic Phantom

Operated by the HILT Black Light Theatre group, founded by Theodor Hoidekr, the Magic Phantom Black Light Theatre show is a delight to watch. This dance and pantomime show combines modern influences and traditional forms of staging, creating a spectacular performance that showcases the best of both worlds. The central character is the 'masked' Phantom, a figure which first appeared in a 1916 horror film, and was subsequently seen in many stage and film versions. Magic Phantom show compiles some of the best scenes from different Black Light Theatre productions of the HILT group in the last few years, making different short pieces.
