The tour was done at a nice pace. Our young guide was very knowledgeable, obviously very proud of his country and city. He never rushed anyone, even finishing later than stated. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour, and would highly recommend it.
The guide was very friendly, responded to our questions and always had an answer There were only four of us, which we really enjoyed Lots of impressions and interesting information. The tour lasted 3 hours. It was also a bit exhausting.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Aneta, my guide, made the tour perfect in every aspect. She is a Czech who speaks Spanish better than many Spaniards (as I told her🥰), and I loved getting to know the history from the eyes of a local! She is a professional from head to toe, I am very happy with this tour and with all the info she gives you. I think it is essential to visit the Prague Castle with a guide because it gives all the sense to what your eyes are seeing.

Our guide was quite knowledgeable and knew how to infuse storytelling
We were lucky enough to have the guide all to ourselves! Friendly and very knowledgeable, she guided us in visiting the Castle, from St. Vitus Cathedral to the Golden Alley...explaining the history in detail by inserting legends and curiosities! I don't remember the name but very good! Highly recommended tour

Prague is one of the most beautiful cities I have seen. And our tour guide, she was WONDERFUL. She made the experience fun and lively along with tons of fascinating facts.
Our guide, Pablo, was excellent. He had so much information to share. He was also very relaxed. The tour lasted over 3 hours because he was happy to let us see everything.
Our guide (Jitka?) was very good, showing and explaining in detail. The room with the baroque roof is impressive and beautiful, as is the cathedral.

Ross was amazing. He was very engaging and knowledgeable, and we learned so much! It would not have been nearly as good of an experience on our own.
Visit of the monuments, careful to explore the most interesting parts of the castle. Ticket purchase was very straightforward and detailed.

Leo was such an awesome guide. Funny, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the castle complex. Highly recommend Leo!! Thanks for making the tour memorable
actually disappointed by the fact that we had little explanation or tour of the castle itself but the guide was nice and very talkative

The true lady was quite nice and explaining everything very nicely and in detail. The tour was a bit, not quite organized in a sense that it was not very clear together at the beginning. Overall, a good experience.
Our guide made the visit very interesting with a very humorous approach, capturing everyone's attention during the 2.5-hour tour.

The guide was clear and comprehensive, also reporting a lot of side information that enriched the visit. On the other hand, negative note was the communication system (headphones) that gave problems to all participants (noise , low volume, croaking, etc.) and throughout the visit.

Guide knows a lot about the history of Prague and the Czech Republic. Buildings are beautiful and route well arranged with ticket for buildings and streetcar. Had a great afternoon! Good tip to eat at Cafe Louvre!

The guide was great, the tour was well planned, with comments from the guide that didn't go into too much detail.

We did the tour in Spanish with Aneta, the truth is excellent. In addition to her solvency, she is a very good communicator, clear, consisa, very respectful and gentle. She knows how to anticipate the crowd and manages to keep the attention at all times. She is very understanding of the group's questions and concerns and the timing and needs of the group. She gave us several tips on how to get around Prague, a gesture that is outside of her job as a guide at the Palace. We did not have any difficulties with the tickets and the visit was perfect. We recommend without hesitation to take the tour.

The guide was interesting and gave a lot of historical context to the places on the tour. The use of the headphones was absoluely necessary for the very busy building interiors. While we could have just got the tickets ourselves, the guide definitely added to the experience. It was so busy I doubt we would have had much time to linger in the buildings anyway - it's a bit of a conveyer belt.
The guide was really knowledgeable and helpful. In only two and a half hours, she was able to show us the main attractions inside the Castle

River cruising is very pleasant, especially with these silent electric boats... for the buses, the routes and stops on the internet and the maps are different... getting started was complicated.

Other than the starting location, the Hop on Hop off stops were unmarked and impossible to find, which ruined the experience.
Very convenient to embark and disembark wherever you want! I really liked it. And the translations are excellent in any language you want! Small problem: sometimes, the audio guide used another channel that I hadn't chosen. Apart from that, it was perfect and I totally recommend it!
View original review in French
Audio guide was sporadic and failed several times. I found the seating extremely uncomfortable on both the buses and the river cruise.
Easy to tour around the city using this bus. Rated 4 stars as the coordination between the red and blue routes was not as easy or frequent as I'd prefer.
The signs at the bus stop were not clear enough. It was also not easily possible to find info on bus departure time from this stop from the website, so we had to call the company. For this cost of tickets, we expected information on the audio guide to be much more detailed.
Me and my mad did the blue tour on Praga. I like that you can see the city from the bus. Have everything explained and have the possibility to stop and take next bus in order to visit the things you like.
There were two bus routes (blue and red) with different focuses. You could switch between these at overlapping points. The information content was good. There were 10 of us and the audio device didn't work properly or at all for two or three people. That is an absolute no-go. The boat trip at dusk is an absolute highlight.

The transfer from the blue to the red line did not connect well, had to wait longer than 30 minutes. The audio on the red line was not in Dutch. You don't really see the sights which we are used to in other countries.

The bus was way too late - we waited over half an hour past the etd. We walked, then later got on the last bus, this was too late for the guide to check us in. She was a kind Lady and let us on anyway, so got at least part of the tour. Which then turned out to lead for a great part through tunnels and the outer ring around the city. It added nothing to our experience.
Good bus tour. Excellent cruise

Big Bus helped me organize my vacation. Thank you!
Everyone has been awesome. Super helpful, great attitude, the tour is great and I feel I saw a lot of amazing places. Thanks Big Bus, always have been using your services. :)
Buses in time. Good information and route.
It was awesome easy and helpful
It was difficult to find the bus stop for the Big Bus, the signage was poor (just a small sticker that is easy to miss.) From the Charles Bridge you had to walk for ages and ask around. The same applied to the boat trip, which we didn't manage due to the time restrictions. On the bus: the handout was unknown to the lady and she first had to phone and clarify whether our tickets were valid... We had also announced that we wanted to go to the church with the baby Jesus and asked if we could get there by bus, she said we had to get off at stop 6 and walk the rest. After we got on, the lady remembered that the bus didn't stop there and as it was probably the last trip of the line, we could only get off at the main station, so we had to take a cab from there to get all the way back, which was expensive.

We have already done hop-on hop-off tours in other cities. For our city trips, they are usually an ideal way to get an overview of the city and learn the most important things about the history and significance of districts, selected buildings and sights. On the tour through Prague, we listened more to (loud) classical music than to (quiet) not even interesting city stories, which we would also have found in the travel guide. We could have used our time more wisely. Far too little service for the price...

Nothing. We spent hours in Prague waiting for the on and hop buses that never came. The traffic was always blamed. Funnily enough, the buses from the other providers did show up. In addition, the bus stops were extremely badly signposted. We will never book with this provider again. What a shame!
View original review in German
We first did a lap of the green tour to get an overview. This made it easy to find all the stops. The buses were very punctual and the information was sufficient. Unfortunately, the music was very loud, so you had to turn it down all the time and turn it up during the explanations, which is why we deducted one star. Changing between the red and green lines also worked well. If you have the time, you should take a ticket for 2 days.

The ticketing worked well. The onboard guides could have been more helpful about the things to see at the top of Prague castle. Stop two. We went up there twice and the second time the guides offered a lot more useful information
When you re on the tram you cannot see things clearly You inkt can see where you want to go of next round. We had a very small dog with and we could not take HIM with us because of the policy with the hardmaak for the Dod the lady in the tram die Here very best to find us a salution so she was very Nice for us
No explanation about the city. We were handed a piece of paper and had to read it ourselves. Partly too full with standing room.

Buy regular tram ticket is cheaper and regular trams came by frequently. There were no descriptions of the places visited on the tram
Friendly, efficient. Enjoyed the mulled wine and appreciated the heater. Driver provided interesting information. Would recommend.
We have had an amazing day in Prague! In the morning we walked into town and we hopped on at Náměstí Republiky, tram number 42. It was a normal type of tram. We went up ahead a couple of stations and we hopped off at number 2, where we could walk around and buy some souvenirs, sightseeing, lots of grand monuments and we grabbed some cappucinos. Then we walked back to the hop on point, and there was an old tram coming our way, just like the one which was shown on the advertisement. It was a great experience to drive around in nostalgia!

The visit was very interesting. We managed to cover all the sites in Terezin. I think the guide was not so prepared but it didn't stop us from learning.

The guide was very nice and the place was in excellent condition.
The guided visit of the fortress and camp was very interesting. Unfortunately, the 1-ish hour bus trip to the location, during which we were supposed to be given explanations about Czech history and about the camp, was not so pleasant. In addition to the main guide giving explanations to the whole group in English, Italian and French, another guide was apparently a giving a private tour in Spanish to two passengers, speaking over everyone and making it hard to hear anything. Very frustrating especially as the said guide continued speaking over his colleague even after we asked him to be more considerate. Overall an interesting visit, but the unpleasant bus trip would honestly make me hesitant to recommend it, or do it again.
Very good experience . A good guide in French for us
Thought we were booking an English guided tour. The guides did speak English but the first part of the tour had to repeat everything in Italian and the second part the guide was pleasant enough but hard to understand.
Guide from terezin was very knowledgeable and presented very well.
timelines met, guides trained, but the guide spoke more French than Italian
