You should tell me that, for example, my 1st day using the cool pass (Saturday 11/4) was a special day in Prague and everything was free, so I didn't need to start using the cool pass that day. I could have used it on the following 2 days, taking it easy and seeing more attractions.

The journey home was the best. Otherwise the CoolPass was just bad and useless. I also no longer get a reply to my emails. Never again. My card didn't work at all and was rejected everywhere. 88 euros for nothing.
