It was great to have skip-the-line access to all of the different venues in the Prague Castle complex. Our guide was very knowledgeable about all of the different venues as well.

The tour was great. But headout the company was terrible. After purchasing the tickets (while being at the castle) I was emailed that the start location is in a different part of town. Customer service was poor. It was automated AI junk without a live representative. When the system stated it was getting a live person it never did. Phone support went unanswered as well--literally just kept ringing without an answer.

Anna was our guide, a bit smoky but good and knowledgeable, too bad we saw little or nothing of the castle, not due to you of course.

It was a fantastic experience! Prague Castle is truly splendid, but without Giovanna's explanations last Saturday we would not have been able to know in detail all the history and anecdotes behind it. She was a truly outstanding guide: knowledgeable, passionate and very personable. She told us fascinating stories and interesting details that made the visit even more engaging and memorable. Her ability to explain clearly and her enthusiasm made the tour enjoyable and informative for all of us. I purchased the Prague Castle tour. However, we had to meet at Charles Bridge and spent 1 hour of the 2.5hr tour making our way to the castle. Not what I bought. Once we got to the castle the tour was good, although shorter than expected. However, our guide was excellent and very engaging.

The tour was very informative. We loved it. And a big part of the tour's success was thanks to Leo, who was exceptional. Lots of energy, real knowledge and a great sense of humor. A 5-star guide. Bravo and thanks to Léo

Easy booking, well organised and good friendly guide. Only issue is the whole complex is very busy (which is obviously no one's fault!) and so sometimes it was difficult to hear the guide

This tour with our guide David can only be rated as very good. David was very knowledgeable, friendly and guided us through the tour in a very entertaining way.

We were a small group of only 4 people (German) and the guide responded to our questions individually. We were given a lot of historical information, some of it humorous. Great.

We loved David our guide!! He knew how to keep our atention and entertained during the tour even though it was a rainy day. The tour was beautiful with lots of interesting places and stories and we totally recommend it!

River cruising is very pleasant, especially with these silent electric boats... for the buses, the routes and stops on the internet and the maps are different... getting started was complicated.

I was satisfied with the ORGA right from the start. Nice staff, good explanations of the sights and a very varied timetable, including the Schoffstour. I will not come alone next time

Other than the starting location, the Hop on Hop off stops were unmarked and impossible to find, which ruined the experience.

Very convenient to embark and disembark wherever you want! I really liked it. And the translations are excellent in any language you want! Small problem: sometimes, the audio guide used another channel that I hadn't chosen. Apart from that, it was perfect and I totally recommend it!

Audio guide was sporadic and failed several times. I found the seating extremely uncomfortable on both the buses and the river cruise.

Bus is not stopping often and goes o ly once per hour. Poor guiding, busses are quite old. And not really open roof, it was too hot inside. Disappointing

The journey on the Red Line was useless, the connection to the Blue Line was absolutely unsatisfactory and poorly described

The transfer from the blue to the red line did not connect well, had to wait longer than 30 minutes. The audio on the red line was not in Dutch. You don't really see the sights which we are used to in other countries.

It was a great Prague bus experience that we have enjoyed for full 24 hours s family. All fine!

We like the variety of stops and distance covered.It didn't just concentrate us in one small area. We appreciate the fact narration is given in many different languages. Not all the boxes were working unfortunately

The tour covers most important spots. The guides were very professional and courteous. One thing was the buses were always 15-20 mins late

We first did a lap of the green tour to get an overview. This made it easy to find all the stops. The buses were very punctual and the information was sufficient. Unfortunately, the music was very loud, so you had to turn it down all the time and turn it up during the explanations, which is why we deducted one star. Changing between the red and green lines also worked well. If you have the time, you should take a ticket for 2 days.

Cesky Krumlov is a beautiful place that from my point of view would be a must-see when visiting Czech Republic. With headout the shopping experience is guaranteed with that we secured our visit to the castle, tower and museum.

When you re on the tram you cannot see things clearly You inkt can see where you want to go of next round. We had a very small dog with and we could not take HIM with us because of the policy with the hardmaak for the Dod the lady in the tram die Here very best to find us a salution so she was very Nice for us

No explanation about the city. We were handed a piece of paper and had to read it ourselves. Partly too full with standing room.

Buy regular tram ticket is cheaper and regular trams came by frequently. There were no descriptions of the places visited on the tram

Completely overcrowded. With standing room you can't see anything, no explanations, no audio guide, the staff were completely overwhelmed, the "historic" streetcar is old and uncomfortable. Completely wasted money, the day ticket for the normal streetcar costs a fraction and offers the same, namely also nothing. We canceled the "tour" and had to develop a plan B for our group. I really can't recommend it. I'd rather take a double-decker bus with an audio guide.

The ticketing worked well. The onboard guides could have been more helpful about the things to see at the top of Prague castle. Stop two. We went up there twice and the second time the guides offered a lot more useful information

We have had an amazing day in Prague! In the morning we walked into town and we hopped on at Náměstí Republiky, tram number 42. It was a normal type of tram. We went up ahead a couple of stations and we hopped off at number 2, where we could walk around and buy some souvenirs, sightseeing, lots of grand monuments and we grabbed some cappucinos. Then we walked back to the hop on point, and there was an old tram coming our way, just like the one which was shown on the advertisement. It was a great experience to drive around in nostalgia!

Great! Beer tour - must do in Prague!

It was a fun walk tour and the host really made the stories interesting. Frankly I never expected learning about these legends in such an interesting way and also not just the legends but the story and history regarding the city of Prague. The highlight was the interesting costume worn.. not gonna lie it really did added that pinch of "spookiness"!
