Prague Zoo it's awsome and also it's Huge size , weather was perfect which made out trip even better. The main plan was to see capybaras as son loves them and the giant turtles. Staff nice and helpful. I would deffinetly recommend to visit the Zoo to everyone.
I loved the flamingo .the zoo is so clean
The highlight of my visit was the range of different animals
We enjoyed the giraffes - we got there at feeding time.
The zoo was fantastic, it is spread in a huge area, each animals have a big and nice space to live. My 4 years old sun loved to run around and watch the animals especially the seals. Buying the ticket online maybe saved 10 min standing in queue, but it took more than 20 min to confirm the ticket, good that we were stuck in the traffic, so we got a valid ticket when we arrived. It was a weekday, but still the bus could hardly move, so we took off 3 stops before the zoo and walked. The QR code for the adult tickets were easy to show, but the child ticket was in a pdf attachment, good that someone was helping at the gate
Prague zoo is definitely worth the effort, need to plan a full day to get around it all. Lovely selection of animals to see Zoo is very well maintained, we will return here in summer Thanks
The zoo is simply great...... Lots of animals..... It's also great that at almost every corner there is the possibility to buy cold drinks or fill up with cold drinking water, the enclosures and pavilions are mega great........

Greatly enjoyed this tour starting with a walk through old town Prague to the boat and then a leisurely cruise to the zoo was nice. The zoo was amazing and is obviously top rated in the world. My favorite exhibit at the zoo had to be the mountain goat enclosure which was actually built into the side of a mountain - incredible! Also, our guide for the walking portion and the river cruise, Linda, was very knowledgeable and kind.
I won't to thank Linda our guide, she is very perfetional, nice and we had fantastic time

Super happy easy to get the tickets even earlier
Was frustrated that we when we got to go in cathedral we didn't have right ticket , went to info centre who were very rude and told us to look for umbrella. Got tickets and then went through after standing in long long line
We had bought tickets with an introduction. When we picked up the tickets, we were informed about the time of an introduction in several languages. The introduction was in (accent-free) German and, despite its short duration, included lots of historical information and practical tips.

The river crusie felt like a waste of time unfortunately and it lasted only 45mins not 1hour. It would have been better if the ticket price included an online audio guide. Most atrarctions provide that.
this is a must-do activity, as the castle is a must-see, but it's not extraordinary. We appreciated the organization of the service provider, with easy identification and, above all, the introduction to the activity in French.

We booked throuh an agent, which made it much easier as the ticket lines and layout is very crowded and confusing. Catherdal is very beautiful but construction and crowds made it less enjoyable. Favoure part was the Golden Lane. Avoid the armoury as you cannot move in there.
The beauty and grandeur of the site are impressive. There are plenty of places to eat and plenty of toilets.

The highlight of my visit was the guided tour by Mathew. Really informative and brought aspects to life and historical relevance.
The tour guide explained everything well and recommended we watch the change of guard before exploring other spots in the castle. Enjoyed the trip!
The visited objects itself were the best experience. Headout advertise "skip the line" - that was the reason why we chose them - but reality is that nobody can skip the line. So it is just misleading information for attracting customers. The guy giving tickets was not very kind and all process was chaotic. What's the reason for waiting for paper tickets, unfriendly service and not receiving any aditional value? Look around, we live in 2025!
Everything was very easy and taken care of from buying the tickets to the guide explaining everything and giving you the tickets with map and the place It is beautiful and perfectly organized

The introduction to the castle square was very informative. I particularly liked that we were then given directions on where to go and left to explore at our own pace. Great experience!
The experience was very pleasant and worthwhile, however it would be great if the unguided (self-guided) tour tickets were sent directly to the mail or if they were available in electronic format (instead of having to go at a specific time to pick up the paper tickets). However, it was a wise move to buy the tickets in advance to at least save the queue to purchase them. While there are queues for entry to every part of the complex.

It may cost a little more, but it avoids standing in line to get tickets for the different entrances, and the brief initial explanation of how to get around the large castle complex helps a lot to get your bearings. Recommended!

Everything is magnificent and well worth the detour. Remarkable organization, multilingual guides who listen carefully and enthusiastically share their love of the places they visit.
